Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
• Reservation Fee of P5,000 (deductible from the down payment but non-refundable).
• Miscellaneous Fees are not refundable.
• Finance charge of 1% of the amount due shall be applied for late payment.
• The schedule of enrollment will be announced before the end of the academic year. Payment of the tuition and other fees are done during the enrollment period.
• All fees must be settled prior to the end of the school year otherwise the report card and other pertinent academic records of the student shall be withheld.

Onsite payments may be done through the Cashier during official working hours.

• Parents may choose to pay on a FULL or INSTALLMENT basis.
• Parents are responsible for settling payments on or before the due dates. It is not the responsibility of the school to send a reminder.
• The installment payment options and due months are as follows:
• PLAN B: due every first Friday of August and December.
• PLAN C: due every first Friday of August, September, December, and March.
• PLAN D: due every first Friday starting August and every month thereafter until March.
• Check payments must follow these guidelines:
• Checks must be dated.
• Checks must be made payable to STUDENTDESK INTEGRATED MONTESSORI SCHOOL.
• The following information shall be written correctly at the back of the check:
• Student’s name
• Grade and section
• Address
• Contact Number
• Returned check payments must follow these guidelines:
• Dishonored checks shall immediately be paid in cash.
• A penalty of P2,000.00 shall be imposed for the check drawn but returned by the bank.
• Those whose checks have been dishonored will no longer be allowed to make subsequent check payments.
• All honored payments are acknowledged with an official receipt (OR). The OR serves as your proof of payment.
The following discounts are applied to the tuition fee:
• Big Holiday Promo. A 20% discount given to first 10 students who will enroll on or before December 12.
• 12.12 Promo. A 12% discount given to students who will be paying in full upon enrollment on or before December 12.
• Sibling Discount. Siblings discount applied to tuition fee of eldest: 3% 2nd child ; 5% 3rd child ; 7% 4th child ; 10% 5th child onwards.
