Dear SD IMS Families,

If you have not filled out the recommitment form yet, please do so to reserve a slot for your child/ren. The form is available at the last part of this letter and will accept responses until February 28, 2022 (Monday) only. If you have already enrolled your child/ren for the S.Y. 2022-2023, no need to fill out the form. Please click the photo below on how to participate.

Please pay the reservation fee of P5,000 (five thousand pesos only) on or before March 15, 2022. Reservation fee is deductible from the tuition fee but non refundable.

After completing the transaction, please email Proof of Payment (image) to accounting@studentdeskims.org.

Please indicate complete name of student for reference.
