Greetings of Solidarity!
We are thrilled to share that Vista Mall Taguig will be our official event partner for our upcoming United Nations and World Children’s Day Celebration to be held on 29 November 2023, Wednesday, 3-5PM at Vista Mall, Taguig Event Center. This special occasion is dedicated to amplifying the voices of the children on the issues that matter to their generation and calling for adults to build a better future for all. Through this celebration, we aim to foster a greater understanding of global issues, promote cultural diversity, and encourage active engagement in the pursuit of a better and sustainable world.
In this event, our students will showcase their talents wearing their national costumes of different countries. Two students (1 male and 1 female) with the best National Costume will receive a scholarship from Studentdesk Integrated Montessori School and other exciting prizes. Other special awards will also be given to runners-up, outstanding performers, and Global Goals ambassadors / ambassadress. Please read below the full contest mechanics, criteria for judging, and prizes at stake.
Kindly confirm your child’s participation and specify the country they will represent by completing this online form: [ https://form.jotform.com/233092800170446 ]. You will also need to prepare a white sash with the name of the country your child will represent (at least 2 inches wide, red letter print) and flag (short bond paper size).
In order to make this event a great success, we need your full support and a contribution of P1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only) to cover the production costs including materials, equipment rental, logistics, and other costs necessary for staging a spectacular show. Please register your child and settle your contribution on or before 10 November 2023, Friday.

Contest Mechanics
Mister and Miss United Nations 2023
A. Eligibility:
Must be a bonafide student of Studentdesk Integrated Montessori School for the SY 2023 - 2024 and officially registered participant for the event.
B. Graded Participation
Participation and performances of Kinder to Grade 6 students will be GRADED UNDER PERFORMANCE TASK. Students who will not be able to participate will have a special project or task to be assigned by the class adviser.
C. Winners and Prizes:
Runners-Up
There will be four (4) runners-up in the male and female categories. Each will receive a sash, a certificate and a gift check.
Mr. and Ms. UN (Best in National Costume)
There will only be two winners, one (1) Mr. UN and one (1) Ms. UN. Each will receive a sash, a plaque of award, and a scholarship from Studentdesk Integrated Montessori School (equivalent to 50% discount on tuition fee for academic year 2024-2025, non-transferable and non-convertible to cash).

E. Finality of the Board’s Decision
A panel of judges will be invited to evaluate and determine the winners. Decisions of the board of judges are final and irrevocable.
Special Awards
The teachers will be the one to choose the winners for special awards.
Each awardee will receive a medal and a certificate.
A separate Awarding Ceremony for winners of Special Awards
will be held on campus (date and time to be determined).
