Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please be reminded that PTCs will be done FACE TO FACE on April 20, 2024 (Saturday). By this time, you should have already received your exact schedule for a one-on-one meeting with your child’s teacher/s via email. Please make sure to check and confirm your schedule until today.
A. How It Works
Kindly check your child's email inbox to get a copy of your scheduled Parent - Parent-teacher conference. Take note of the exact date and time of your meeting with the teacher.
CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE Kindly click the appropriate button above to confirm your attendance: YES if you can join the meeting NO if you cannot join the meeting
Please confirm your slot and let us know ahead of time if you can't make it.
Rescheduling is subject to approval and availability of the concerned teacher.
B. Agenda
Feedback on your child’s performance
The conference will focus on the results of the first quarterly assessment and will only take about 10-15 minutes of your time.
Any other concerns not covered during the PTC can still be raised via our chat support.
Only parent/guardian may join the meeting; there is no need for your child to participate as it is intended only for teachers and parents.
Please strictly follow your assigned schedule.
C. Progress Report
Report Cards of those with outstanding payments and pending Exams would be put on hold.
Please note that access to the Progress Report would be good for seven (7) days.
The Official Progress Report will be released at the end of the school year.
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
Awarding of Slots to New, Returnee, & Transferee Applicants
If a student is not officially enrolled by April 30, 2024, NEW students may vie for the unenrolled student’s slot starting May 1, 2024. Slots will be awarded on a first-enrolled, first-served basis during the late enrollment. Please enroll by April 30, 2024, so we can secure your child’s slot in the upcoming school year.
Management of Online Classes
Please be reminded to assist your child during online classes and check and monitor your child’s e-mail for communication from their teacher. We also use our Kindred site for lessons and materials that must be prepared/ printed beforehand.
