Official Statement on the Full Implementation of Face-to-face Classes

According to DepEd Order No. 34, Series of 2022, all public and private schools in the country shall transition to five-day face-to-face classes by November 2, 2022. Vice President and DepEd Secretary Sara Z. Duterte noted that schools still have until October 31st to prepare for the full transition to face-to-face classes.

Prior to this announcement, our teachers and staff have been working tirelessly for the safe reopening of our school this SY 2022 - 2023. Although we are still waiting for clear and specific guidelines on the full implementation of face-to-face classes, our preparations will continue according to our initial plans and strategies to ensure the safe return to face-to-face classes.

How About Hybrid Learning and Online Learning Modalities?

Based on the latest DepEd Order, alternative learning modalities such as Hybrid Learning and Online Learning will only be allowed until October 31, 2022. However, the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations of the Philippines (COCOPEA) has appealed to the government to still allow Hybrid Learning and Online Learning modalities for this school year in the private schools sector.

That said, we will proceed with the HyFlex Learning Modality (combination of online and face-to-face learning) for the time being, until new guidelines from the Department of Education are released. Meanwhile, we encourage families to enroll their child/ren in our HyFlex Study Program as this will help them prepare to gradually transition to full face-to-face classes by November 02, 2022.

As always, we will comply with the government directives and work in the best interest of all the members of our school community.
