Proof of income ng mga magulang o guardian (Hal. Isang buwang payslip, Income Tax Return, Employee Certificate of Compensation)
1x1 picture (Ia-attach sa hard copy ng application form at ipapasa kasama ng iba pang requirements)

ELIGIBILITY
Minimum average requirements is 85%.
Must be a Pasig Resident for at least three (3) years.
One scholar per family.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Please submit the complete hard copy of the requirements at the Admin Counter. Please put all the documents inside a long brown envelope.
WHEN TO SUBMIT
Submission of complete requirement/s is on Monday, August. 07, 2023 at SD IMS, Admin Counter.
REMINDERS
Your slot is not guaranteed. Submission of Application requirements is subject to approval by the School & Pasig City Scholars Office.
Availability of slot/s for new scholarship application/s is limited.
Incomplete submission will not be accepted.
